Naturalmente para ti was created as a welcoming space for well-being, where different practices come together to offer personalised support tailored to each individual.
My approach is based on a holistic understanding of well-being. Our physical and emotional experiences are closely connected, which is why I adapt each session to the individual needs of the person and what they may be experiencing at that particular moment.
My Approach
My approach to well-being is based on seeing each person as a whole.
Rather than focusing exclusively on a particular technique or an isolated symptom, I consider the connections between the body, emotions, perception, memory, movement and sensory experiences.
Every Journey Begins with the Individual
Every personalised approach begins by understanding what each person needs at that particular moment.
From there, different practices — such as aromatherapy, Reiki, Bach Flower Remedies, meditation, reflexology, bodywork, sensory stimulation and movement-based exercises — can be thoughtfully combined to create an individualised well-being experience.
Sensory Experiences as Part of the Journey
Sensory and olfactory experiences play a particularly important role in my work.
Scents can evoke emotional responses, memories, bodily sensations and associations with moments of calm, awareness or alertness.
When consciously combined with breathing, movement, focused attention and other sensory experiences, they can become part of a more comprehensive and personalised approach to well-being.
An Approach Evolving into SMELL + SMART®
This understanding of personalised well-being has inspired the development of SMELL + SMART®, a methodology that brings together olfactory stimulation, sensory experiences, movement, and cognitive and emotional engagement within an integrated approach.
Choosing with Purpose, Not Simply Adding More
The aim is not to apply as many techniques as possible, but to carefully select the most appropriate practices, at the right moment and with a clear purpose.
The Person Comes Before the Technique.
